The Miller Analogies Test (MAT) is designed as standardized test by Hercourt Assessment Inc. to measure the students’ abilities for further studies and to fix what one have learnt as part of Under Graduate studies. The Hercourt Assessment Inc. organizes MAT test through its’ Controlled Testing Centers (CTCs). The students can make application directly to CTC for taking the test, also different CTCs fix their own testing schedule and fees etc. However, the assessment of test takers is done by Hercourt Assessment Inc. only.
The Miller Analogies Test (MAT) is taken by graduate applicants who wish to apply for graduate admissions in graduate schools / universities / institutions of United States. The graduate schools across Americas and its’ territories accepts MAT score of a candidate as standard whether he / she will be able to complete graduate course work.
The Miller Analogies Test (MAT) needs only 60 minutes of testing time and those who may reason good find analogies easy to answer and score. Perhaps, this is the only test in the United States that judges your abilities on the basis of what you have adopted from the previous learning. The test is held only once in a year. At present, the test is available in two different formats-
Computer Based Test, and
Paper - Pencil Based Test
Its’ completely your choice which test you will write, the score earned from either format will be honored by your graduate school.
